These terms govern your use of zlatenis.online. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who operates this site
zlatenis.online is operated by ClothesTrade s.r.o., Vosmíkových 930/12, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, company number 23641703, VAT number CZ23641703. Full identification is in the legal notice.
2. What this site is, and what it is not
This site publishes editorial articles about consumer security software. It is funded by affiliate advertising.
We are not a shop, a reseller, a licence distributor or a support service. No contract for any software is concluded with us. If you buy a product after following a link from here, your contract is with the vendor or its retailer, on their terms, and all questions about payment, licence keys, activation, renewal, cancellation, refunds and technical support must go to them. We cannot process an order, cancel a subscription or issue a refund on their behalf.
3. Information, not advice
The content is general consumer information. It is not professional security advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for the vendor’s own documentation. It does not take account of your particular circumstances.
We take care over accuracy and follow a published editorial policy, but product features, availability, prices and terms change frequently and differ between countries. Where anything on this site diverges from the vendor’s own current information, the vendor’s information prevails. Verify anything that matters to your purchase on the vendor’s own pages before you buy.
4. Commercial links

12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their own country of habitual residence within the EU. Consumer disputes may be referred to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, coi.cz).
